The annual machine output became 35 sets, business volume became about 1,835000 USD.

Faygo Union was established in 2010. At that time the workshop area was about 700m2, our main products are pipe extrusion line.

In 2014 , we changed workshop and enlarged production area to 18000m2, 11m workshop height allowed us to make bigger machines. Also the employee number was increased to owned self-research and development capacity to make individualized machines.business volume was about 2,000,000 USD.

In 2016 November, we moved our workshop again for bigger production area 26,650 m2 and better working environment, including separate painting workshop and office area. the new workshop was built for metal processing and machine frame manufacturing. During this year, more and more old customers keep repeating orders to us, we also keep helping and supporting more and more new customers to enter blow-molding products field. business volume was about 10,000,000 USD.

Now, Faygo union group has more than 500 customers from different countries, including UK, Spain, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, Italy, Turkey Russia etc. from Europe ,and America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Chilly etc from America, and Saudi Arabia, Iran, Syria, India, Thailand, Indonesia etc. from Asia, and many customers from Africa.We enlarged the sales team to 12 persons with routine training every week, to meet the increasing order quanity and highten service level to every customer. It's a efficient preparation for our next development step.

We attach great importance to service and treat it seriously. In our mind, the whole service flow is divided in pre-sale stage, manufacturing stage and after sales service.

Good communication with our customers to know the target product details, wanted outoput, confirm the suitable blow molding machine models and provide whole project quotations. All the misunderstandings or possible mistake are solved in this stage. For new hand customers, we share our experience and bring forward economical production plan, to make everything is correct from the beginning.

During order manufacturing stage, we keep reporting production progress to customers from making machine frame to loading and delivery, specially the test reports in each time of mould commissioning. Meanwhile, we also provide producing line layout drawing and working flow sketches according to customers' factory dimension. Customers will have clear impression to prepare for workshop and production area arrangement.

After customer's checking and acceptance, we arrange loading and delivery, collect all documents for customs declaration and also help customer for customs clearance. According to customers' requirement, engineer can be dispatched for installation, commissioning and trainining, and give suggestions to guide customer's production flow and working arrangement.

We grant one year guarantee time, all the problems caused by our reason will be responsible by us, problem solution plans. After guarantee time, we remind customers to purchase spare parts on time, and contact in time to insure normal pruduction. The experience sharing and remote supports cover machines' whole lifespan.
